AI Operations Builder

GLAS Eyewear is a Swedish eyewear brand, sold online and in stores across Europe. I want to grow it without adding a new person for every new task. Customer service, wholesale orders, bookkeeping and reporting should run as flows built with AI, and get better every week.

A lot is already built. Some of it runs live, some runs in test mode, some is still an idea. I need someone who takes ownership of it with me: runs the flows, sees where they break, fixes them and builds the next one.

You work with Claude as your co-pilot every day. You decide how to solve things. I set the direction and approve what goes live.

You have built something with LLMs or agents on your own, and it works. You are curious, you figure things out without waiting for answers, and you want to see your work run for real. Student or recent graduate is fine. The work is in English. Being in Stockholm is a plus, so we can meet and work together.
